Meeting/Event Information

Plant RP is Shaw LVT manufacturing facility in Ringgold,GA.  

* Upon arrival to Plant RP, allguests should enter the site at the First SHAW entrance on the left side of theroad. That will be (#1 RED sign).  You will park around thebuilding on I-75 side. You will come in the door facing I-75

* Photos of the process, Shaw associates, or property of Shaw is prohibited.

*Taking of notes is acceptable, but this mustbe done on a pad of paper. Electronic devices cannot be used for this purposeduring the tour.

*Below are some safety rules which must be adheared to at all times.

*Covid19 prescreening requirements for all visitors:

*Use a face covering (cover mouth and nose)

*Avoid close contact (stay 6 feet apart from others)

*Wash hands often (use soap and water or hand sanitizer)

*Clean and disinfect often

*Monitor own health (do not come onsite if sick)

Screening Questions:

*Screener will ask the following questions from 6 feet away. If any questions are answered with a “yes”, the vendor/contractor will not be allowed entry.

*Have experienced fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell?

*Within the past 14 days, have you had contact with anyone that has COVID-19 or COVID-like symptoms?

*Have you had a positive COVID-19 test in the past 10 days?

*Do you have a pending COVID-19 test?

*Within the past 14 days, has a public health or medical professional told you to self-monitor, self-isolate, or self-quarantine because of concerns about COVID-19 infection?

Safety Rules:

Safetyof our guests is our number one priority so we ask for our guest to comply withall tour safety rules.

* The plant will provide a safety vest, protective eyewear and hearing protection.

* We do not allow open-toed shoes, high/elevated heels or open-heeled shoes.

*Long hair past shoulder length will need to be pinned up.

* Plant RP is a non-jewelry site. Some areas that we take our guests will be directlyover the machines. We cannot risk damage to the machines by the dropping of anymetal or material for that matter into our processes. We will ask that allwatches, bracelets, earrings and rings on hands be removed and necklaces beeither taken off or placed inside their shirts. If rings cannot be taken off,we will ask they apply a Band-Aid over the ring(s) or wear a light duty glove.We will make available small jewelry storage pouches for their convenience.

* Cell phone use is only permitted in safelocations as directed by the tour guide. However, we will highly discourage anycell phone use while on the tour to reduce distraction and slowing down of thetour.

* Tominimize interaction with our lift trucks, guest must stay in walk aisles andobservation points as directed by the tour guide.

* Touching of movingequipment, moving planks or stored raw materials is prohibited. Please let meknow if you have any other questions.
